How do I return an item?
- If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in
its original condition within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with a copy of your packing slip. We will issue a refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge and 5% restocking fee (no exceptions). Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
- Goods will only be accepted for return if they are shipped back to us within 30 days of your purchase receipt, unless we have notified you otherwise.
- A 5% restocking fee will be assessed for ALL returned items and exchanges, without exception.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore
for your own protection we recommend that you send the
package using a delivery service that insures you for the value
of the goods and provides tracking information.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
